For more than 20 years, our maintenance department has taken care of the control of regulation installations carried out or taken over under full management by our teams. Today, more than 60 customers trust us in French-speaking Switzerland.
These are mainly installations of:
- Regulation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Management and transmission of technical alarms
- CO / NO measurements in car parks and smoke extraction
- Automation
Our on-call team ensures 24/7 on-call service with a guaranteed response time depending on the criticality of the contracted installations.
Our services are offered in the form of annual contracts ensuring rapid follow-up and support to the operator.

They understand :
- Troubleshooting on regulation installations
- Access to our hotline and privileged support in remote management
- Thermal control of MCR panels and energy distribution
- A test of measuring points, actuators and variators
(10% per visit)
– Energy optimization regulation
- Control of alarm transmission, communication links and saving of programming
- Software updates for installed versions
Each maintenance intervention is subject to a detailed report and imaged taking into account the components of the regulation and the peripheral technical elements CVSE.
